Routes may be activated when passenger demand within a corridor allows safe and economically viable operations.5.3 NotificationUsers will be notified if a viable route match becomes available.5.4 Transport Provider AssignmentTransport providers may be assigned based on:• Demand alignment

• THQ Rides does not supervise daily vehicle operationsLicenced group transport vehicles must provide a seat for every passenger.Passengers must wear seat belts where fitted, in accordance with South African road safety laws.7. Driver & Passenger IdentificationFor safety and verification purposes, THQ Rides may collect or request identity information from passengers and transport providers, which may include:• Full name

• Identification numbers
• Vehicle information
• Driver licence details
• Identification photographsThis information is used to verify users, maintain platform safety, and assist authorities where legally required.8. PaymentsAt the current platform stage, THQ Rides may not directly process payments.Where payments apply:• Passenger fees include a 6.6% platform booking fee
• Additional pricing may depend on provider rates and route structureAll bookings and payments are securely recorded by THQ Rides, and passengers may request confirmation of their seat allocation at any time before the scheduled trip.Financial transactions must comply with the Consumer Protection Act.9. Refunds & CreditsRefund eligibility follows the THQ Rides Refund & Credit Policy.Key principles include:• Refundable days may be limited depending on package type
• Advance notice may be required
• The platform booking fee is non-refundable10. Pickup and Waiting PolicyPassengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.Drivers may allow a grace period of up to three (3) minutes.If a passenger is not present:• The driver may continue the route
• The trip may be counted as used within the passenger package11. Driver Arrival and Delay PolicyDrivers aim to arrive at the scheduled pickup time but may arrive within a 5–10 minute window due to traffic conditions.If a delay exceeds 15 minutes, the passenger may choose not to take the trip and the trip will not count as used.12. Passenger Behaviour and SafetyPassengers must behave respectfully.Passengers may not:• Abuse drivers or passengers
• Consume alcohol or illegal substances
• Damage vehicles
• Distract drivers
• Exceed vehicle capacityViolations may result in:• Removal from the vehicle
• Suspension from the platform
• Liability for damages13. False Complaints and Fraudulent ReportsUsers agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious complaints against drivers, passengers, or transport providers.Where THQ Rides determines that a complaint was intentionally false or fraudulent, the platform may:• Suspend or terminate the user account
• Restrict future access to services
• Cooperate with authorities where fraud is suspected14. Service Interruptions and Uncontrollable EventsTransport services may be affected by circumstances beyond THQ Rides’ control, including:• traffic congestion
• accidents
• severe weather
• vehicle mechanical issues
• roadblocks
• public disturbancesTHQ Rides will not be liable for delays caused by such events.15. Platform AvailabilityTHQ Rides strives to maintain continuous platform access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or technical issues.16. Routes are established only when sufficient passenger demand aligns.5.2 Demand MonitoringTHQ Rides monitors submitted travel signals to identify potential route opportunities. Routes may be activated when passenger demand within a corridor allows safe and economically viable operations.5.3 NotificationUsers will be notified if a viable route match becomes available.5.4 Transport Provider AssignmentTransport providers may be assigned based on:• Demand alignment

• Geographic proximity6. Licenced Transport ProvidersAll transport services are operated by independent licenced transport providers.By using the platform, you acknowledge that:• Providers control their own drivers and vehicles

• THQ Rides does not supervise daily vehicle operationsLicenced group transport vehicles must provide a seat for every passenger.Passengers must wear seat belts where fitted, in accordance with South African road safety laws.7. Driver & Passenger IdentificationFor safety and verification purposes, THQ Rides may collect or request identity information from passengers and transport providers, which may include:• Full name

• Identification photographsThis information is used to verify users, maintain platform safety, and assist authorities where legally required.8. PaymentsAt the current platform stage, THQ Rides may not directly process payments.Where payments apply:• Passenger fees include a 6.6% platform booking fee
• Additional pricing may depend on provider rates and route structureAll bookings and payments are securely recorded by THQ Rides, and passengers may request confirmation of their seat allocation at any time before the scheduled trip.Financial transactions must comply with the Consumer Protection Act.9. Refunds & CreditsRefund eligibility follows the THQ Rides Refund & Credit Policy.Key principles include:• Refundable days may be limited depending on package type
• Advance notice may be required
• The platform booking fee is non-refundable10. Pickup and Waiting PolicyPassengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.Drivers may allow a grace period of up to three (3) minutes.If a passenger is not present:• The driver may continue the route
• The trip may be counted as used within the passenger package11. Driver Arrival and Delay PolicyDrivers aim to arrive at the scheduled pickup time but may arrive within a 5–10 minute window due to traffic conditions.If a delay exceeds 15 minutes, the passenger may choose not to take the trip and the trip will not count as used.12. Passenger Behaviour and SafetyPassengers must behave respectfully.Passengers may not:• Abuse drivers or passengers
• Consume alcohol or illegal substances
• Damage vehicles
• Distract drivers
• Exceed vehicle capacityViolations may result in:• Removal from the vehicle
• Suspension from the platform
• Liability for damages13. False Complaints and Fraudulent ReportsUsers agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious complaints against drivers, passengers, or transport providers.Where THQ Rides determines that a complaint was intentionally false or fraudulent, the platform may:• Suspend or terminate the user account
• Restrict future access to services
• Cooperate with authorities where fraud is suspected14. Service Interruptions and Uncontrollable EventsTransport services may be affected by circumstances beyond THQ Rides’ control, including:• traffic congestion
• accidents
• severe weather
• vehicle mechanical issues
• roadblocks
• public disturbancesTHQ Rides will not be liable for delays caused by such events.15. Platform AvailabilityTHQ Rides strives to maintain continuous platform access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or technical issues.16. Driver and Passenger Non-CircumventionPassengers and transport providers agree not to bypass the THQ Rides platform to arrange private transport services after connecting through the platform.Attempts to circumvent the platform may result in:• Suspension of passenger or provider accounts
• Removal from route assignments18. No Passenger SolicitationTransport providers may not:• Solicit passengers directly for private services
• Encourage passengers to bypass the platform
• Share personal contact details to avoid platform bookingsViolations may result in removal from the THQ Rides network.19. Lost PropertyPassengers are responsible for their personal belongings.If items are left in vehicles:• Passengers should contact THQ Rides support
• THQ Rides may assist in contacting the providerTHQ Rides is not liable for lost or stolen items.20. Safety Incident ReportingPassengers and drivers should report safety incidents to THQ Rides as soon as possible.Examples include:• unsafe driving
• harassment
• accidents
• safety concerns21. Suspension or Termination of ServicesTHQ Rides may suspend or terminate platform access where:• Terms are violated
• Safety risks arise
• Fraudulent activity is suspected22. Independent Contractor StatusTransport providers using the THQ Rides platform operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of THQ Transport Solutions (Pty) Ltd.23.
